1st Post

This is the first post in HR, I have been very active in providing HR technical knowledge for many people throughout my career however in terms of reach, it was only limited to my direct reports and the ones I work with or attendees of my trainings....

Today, and to be more precise....just now, a crazy idea came to my mind, that is to share my knowledge through my blog by posting (at least) 4 articles every week... it is certainly challenges to do this with my busy schedule and also to provide VALUE... this is the commitment that I am taking on myself now....

Post can be short or long, interesting or a bit too technical (it can be for both HR and non HR professionals) and will cover a wide areas of HR, ranging from HRM, Strategic HR, Total Rewards “recognition, retention, productivity” all the way to coaching and mentoring lessons learned, some posts will cover soft skills as they are essential and critical to all professionals.

My intention is not to cover generic HR things that can be found easily online, I will share specific cases, and mostly from personal experiences, and it will surely contain some major pitfalls and lessons learned…
